ENTREES- CHICKEN:

Lemon Chicken with Capers and Pine Nuts, served with Wild Rice Pilaf and Sautéed Seasonal Vegetables.

Chicken Breast with a Caper Cream Sauce, served with Red Potatoes and Wilted Spinach.

Pan Seared Chicken with Tomatoes, Green Peppers, and Olives, served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Italian Style Squash with tomato, onion and parmesan cheese.

Chicken Stuffed with Wild Rice and Pecan Pilaf, served with a Roasted Garlic Cream Sauce and Sautéed Seasonal Vegetables.

Baked Whole Chicken Rotisserie Style with Garlic Herb Stuffing and Old Fashioned Green Beans with bacon and onion. (serves 4)

Baked Whole Chicken with Southwest Spices, Green Chile Stuffing, and Caramelized Dilled Carrots. (serves 4)

Asian Style Peppered Chicken with Steamed Rice and Stir Fried Vegetables.

ENTREES- BEEF AND PORK

Horseradish Crusted Filet Mignon, served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Haricots Verts with shallot and sliced almonds.

Pan Seared 6oz. Filet Mignon wrapped in bacon and stuffed with a light garlic herb cream cheese. Served with New Potatoes with Parsley Butter and Seasonal Vegetables. 

Salisbury Steak with a light Burgundy Mushroom Sauce, served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans with Bacon and Onion.

Old Fashioned Lasagna with house made Italian Meat Sauce and Wilted Spinach with Garlic and Lemon.

Southwestern Meatloaf stuffed with green chili cream cheese and topped with hot salsa, then baked to a bubbly masterpiece. Served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Steamed Broccoli. 

Roasted Pork Loin stuffed with spinach, mushrooms and feta cheese on a bed of Wilted Spinach, served with Potato, Leek, and Fontina Cheese Gratin.

Roasted Pork Chops with Herb and Mushroom Stuffing served with Sautéed Seasonal Vegetables.

Pork Medallions marinated in Mexican spices, sliced, and pan seared with onion, roasted poblano peppers, tomato, and cilantro. Served with Fried Potato Slices and Steamed Broccoli.

Lions Head: this is an old Chinese dish, in which Chinese pork meatballs are seared and placed on top of fresh cabbage and steamed, served with Steamed Rice and Stir Fried Vegetables.

Slow Cooked Brisket with Dry Rub, served with au jus or BBQ sauce on the side, Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans with Bacon and Onion.

Chicken Fried Steak with Home Style Cream Gravy, served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Roasted Corn.

ENTREES- FISH AND SHELLFISH

Baked Salmon topped with lump crabmeat, sautéed leeks, capers, lemon juice, and white cheddar cheese. Served with Mashed Potatoes and Wilted Spinach with Lemon and Garlic. 

Pan Seared Parmesan Crusted White Fish, served with Rice Pilaf and Italian Style Squash with Tomato, Onion and Parmesan Cheese. 

Baked Trout Filet with Lemon, Artichoke Hearts, Tomato Concasse and Herbs, served with Mashed Potatoes and Wilted Spinach. 

Stuffed Trout filled with Portabella Mushrooms and Herbs, served with Rice Pilaf and Spicy Black Beans. 

Fireworks Shrimp-- Very Spicy! Stir Fried Shrimp with red pepper, ginger, lime and Asian spices, served with Steamed Rice and Stir Fried Vegetables. 

Stuffed Shrimp filled with crabmeat, breadcrumbs, herbs and cheese, and accented with a lemon butter sauce. Served with Rice Pilaf and Seasonal Vegetables.

Braised Prawns with Soy-Ginger Sauce, served with Potato, Leek, and Fontina Cheese Gratin and Seasonal Vegetables.  


ENTREES- VEGETABLE

Zucchini Boats stuffed with garlic, tomato, onion, and parmesan cheese, served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Haricots Verts with shallots and almonds.

White Vegetable Lasagna with zucchini, spinach and mushrooms in a cream sauce. Served with Roasted Corn and Seasonal Vegetables. 

Vegetable Lasagna with oven roasted peppers and squash with a zesty garlic marinara. Served with Corn and Sautéed Seasonal Vegetables.

Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms filled with shallots, panko bread crumbs, fresh herbs and feta cheese. Served with Mashed Potatoes and Wilted Spinach.

Vegetable Stir Fry: Seasonal Vegetables with a Sesame Ginger Soy Sauce, served with Steamed Rice and Stir Fried Tofu. 
 

DINNER SALADS

420 Salad: field greens, feta cheese, roasted pecans, and seasonal fruit, served with raspberry balsamic vinaigrette on the side. 

BLT Wedge Salad: iceberg lettuce, bacon, and tomato concasse, served with Atkins friendly blue cheese dressing on the side.

Caesar Salad: romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese and seasoned croutons, served with house made Caesar dressing on the side. 

Mixed Greens Salad: mixed greens, carrots, grape tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese and seasoned croutons, served with buttermilk ranch dressing on the side.

Mediterranean Salad: chopped cucumber, tomato, and onion, accented with oregano and served with a zesty lemon and oil dressing.

Oriental Cucumber Salad: marinated sliced cucumbers with fresh ginger, soy sauce and rice wine vinegar.
