Chef Susie Buck adores the powerful experiences food can provide.

Works with you, giving as much or as little assistance needed for your guests to enjoy a memorable meal.

Chef Susie has cooked for former presidents and celebrities, led cooking-themed birthday parties for little girls, and provided weekly chef services to the same family for 14 years; needless to say she has catered countless events.

Born in Fukuoka, Japan, Susie became accustomed to traveling from a young age. Her father's 39-year Air Force career allowed Susie and her family the opportunity to experience and experiment with specialty cuisine from all around the world. 

She has lived and served in the Dallas community since 1984 and worked as a private chef on Nantucket for fifteen summers.
